Paradise Jewellery, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Every product is carefully checked and packed before despatch to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.Please go through our policy to understand how we handle returns, replacement,and refunds.

General Policy 

  1. No returns unless any damage!!
  2. We follow a No Return / No Exchange policy
  3. Returns are not accepted for reasons Such as change of mind ,dislike of design, or minor variation in colour/finish (as some variation may occur due to photography and screen display.

Damage OR Defective Products 

 

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Opening Video Must. Share clear unboxing video of the damage product..Before opening package ,the package should be focused at tearing side properly.( ❌No zoom ❌No Editing) Note : 360 degree package should be viewed before tearing.
  3. Send Proof via whatsapp 7591993760 
  4. Once verified by our team We will replace the same product or if replacement not possible will provide a refund.
  5. Shipping charges are not refundable only product price.
  6. Please note that Unboxing video is must for replacements 360° Parcel opening video without any cut and pause 
  7. You have to return to us since we don’t have pickup service One Side Shipping charges you should pay
  8. If any items missing also without Proper parcel opening video We can't Claim.
